On line registration through web site of 9th CARAH is a simple process of 3 steps.
The steps are:
- Personal Information: You should fill out personal information (Name, Last name, e-mail address, etc.
- Payment: Will be carry out by credit card. We use PayPal System. (All registrations require prepayment. )
- Confirmation: You will receive by electronic e-mail confirmation with all the details of the participants and services included.

Os primeiros 200 estudantes brasileiros que se inscreverem no 9th CARAH receberão um desconto exclusivo para participar do evento. O valor da inscrição fica em R$200,00 (duzentos reais).

It includes: name badge; free entry to the working sessions of the event; documentation (Scientific Program with abstracts and full papers, and other materials); participant and author certificates for the presented work; coffee break in the days of the 9th CARAH and one night event (dinner) on Thursday (12th).
Abstracts shall be sent to the Organizing Committee, in digital format, before
October 15, 2009. They must not exceed 250 words, and must be written in Arial 12 points and in letter size paper. The presentation structure of abstracts is: Title, Author(s), Institution, Full Address, City and Country. 9th CARAH Scientific Committee will inform you on the acceptance of the paper and its presentation modality.
The non-acceptance of a work does not exclude the possibility for the applicant to attend the event as delegate. The Organizing Committee will inform later on about the publication of full papers in the Proceedings of the Congress. The Scientific Committee will define the modality of presentation of the papers, which will include master lectures and oral presentations or posters.

Informations:
- Conferences and written papers based on oral and poster presentations given at 9th CARAH will be published as Conference Proceedings, following the editorial requirements below:
- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically to the submission e-mail address given below.
- Manuscripts must meet the normal quality of conference proceedings and contain new work, results or ideas, or be a comprehensive review of a subject.
- Manuscripts should be between 3 and 15 pages in length.
- The paper should be suitably referenced, especially with respect to other people's works and ideas.
- Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.
- Manuscripts should be written in English. Non-native English speakers and writers should have their manuscript read in advance for correct use of English grammar and spelling.
